What they Needed:
A solution to communicate with their members about monthly news items, Continuing education class schedules, Chapter meetings, special events, Breaking news, etc.

Existing Solution:
They sent a monthly Printed newsletter, and faxed news updates with an occasional email blast that couldn't be tracked or interactive.

The Pulp Fusion Solution:
We created a monthly interactive HTML/Text compatible newsletter that could track readership opens, most popular articles, Poll questions, external links, and more. We also create a Flash News account so they could send out a one story email blast that could be delivered within 24 hours of the request (sometime within 2 hours).

Sign-ups for Continuing education classes increased, membership awareness increased, readership increased, the latest news was delivered faster, to the right recipient with much better response than print, fax or standard email.

All this was accomplished with a significant cost saving over their printed solution and delivered the communications more accurately and in a much more timely fashion.
